DIY: APPLE CIDER VINEGAR SKIN PEEL

Apples are a naturally potent source of malic acid, which boosts immunity, detoxifies metals from our bodies, and contributes to overall healthy skin. Using these acids in a facial peel is particularly helpful for evening out complexions, especially if you have age spots or sun damage.

Ingredients needed
  • 1 teaspoon organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon applesauce, preferably organic or homemade
Instructions

Clean your face of all make-up then combine apple cider vinegar with applesauce and stir until well mixed. With clean hands or a brush apply the mask to your face, avoiding the eye area. Let sit for 10-15 minutes and remove with soft cloth and cool water. I recommend this mask at night or before a shower as the apple cider scent tends to linger!

This mask doesn’t keep well so it’s best to make only enough for one application.
