Activated Charcoal for Sensitive Teeth

To Make A Toothpaste

Ingredients:

• 1/2 teaspoon activated charcoal powder
• 1/2 teaspoon water

Instructions:

1. Combine both ingredients to form a paste.

2. Use to brush teeth as normal.

To Make Mouthwash

Ingredients:

• 1/2 teaspoon activated charcoal powder
• 1 tablespoon water

Instructions:

1. Combine both ingredients and swish around mouth to rinse.

2. Spit out mixture.
